Правила за възстановяване на суми
All rugs are custom made and made to order based on customer selection. Customers are shown sample rug photos/videos for them to visualize what they are going to receive once ordered and customers choose an appropriate size where applicable.
No Refund and No Cancellation Policy
Since each rug is custom made there is no Right to Withdrawal (EU countries) and once ordered customers cannot cancel or return the rugs.
Defective Rugs
It's important to note that the right of withdrawal is separate from a consumer's right to a remedy for a faulty, damaged, or "not as described" item. Under EU law, all products have a minimum two-year guarantee. If an item is defective, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund. In such a case, after prior written agreement with the seller, the customer will ship the rug back to the seller's location in Sofia Bulgaria at the customer's cost.
Handmade Rug: Care Instructions
Thank you for supporting a small business and for your purchase! This rug is a handmade piece of art, and with a little love and care, it will last for a long time.
General Care & Maintenance
-
Shedding is Normal: Due to the handmade nature of this rug, some shedding of excess fibers is normal, especially in the first few weeks. This is not a sign of poor quality and will diminish over time.
-
Vacuum Gently: Vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris. Use a suction-only vacuum or a vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Avoid using a rotating brush, as this can damage the fibers and the rug's structure.
-
Don't Pull Loose Threads: If you see a loose end of yarn ("sprouting"), do not pull it. Instead, carefully trim it with a sharp pair of scissors. Pulling can unravel the tuft.
-
Avoid Wet Areas: Your rug is designed for indoor use only. Avoid placing it in damp areas like bathrooms or kitchens, as moisture can damage the adhesive backing.
-
Rotate Your Rug: To ensure even wear and sun exposure, rotate the rug every few months.
-
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the colors to fade over time.
Spot Cleaning
-
Act Fast! The key to removing spills is to address them immediately.
-
Blot, Don't Rub: Gently blot the spill with a clean, white, undyed cloth or paper towel. Never rub, as this will push the stain deeper into the fibers and can cause permanent damage.
-
Mild Cleaning Solution: For more stubborn stains, you can use a small amount of a mild, pH-neutral, and bleach-free cleaner diluted with lukewarm water. Always test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area of the rug first.
-
Do Not Soak: Avoid getting the rug too wet, as excessive moisture can weaken the glue backing.
-
Air Dry Completely: After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove excess moisture and let the rug air dry completely. Use a fan or place it in a well-ventilated area to speed up the drying process. Do not use a hairdryer or other heat source.
-
No Steam Cleaning or Machine Washing: Do not use a steam cleaner or put your rug in a washing machine or dryer. These methods can damage the adhesive backing and cause the rug to fall apart.
